Image
Angela, Latonya, and April are three biological sisters, all saved, sanctified and filled with the Holy Spirit. They were born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and currently reside in their home state. Their parents are Pastor Angelo and First Lady Glendora Beard. They are members of The Moore's Memorial Church of God in Christ in Memphis, Tennessee where they are faithful to leadership pastored by their father. Angela and Latonya are both Licensed Evangelists in The Churches of God in Christ Inc. Growing up, the sisters never set out to be a Gospel Group! They just enjoyed singing! But life circumstances destined them to become artists. The road has not been easy. There have been many disappointments, trials and errors. Every day is not roses and sunshine and many may think when you get up to minister all is well, but many times because of the assignment and the call, we're ministering while going through obstacles, pains and situations. To name a few, imagine having a calen...

Macho Perez Returns To #MusicLov3rz May!

Image
Macho Perez is back with another track. This one featuring DJLC, with a exclusive beat from PureBeatz. This song was made on the spot ,kind of by accident actually. I was in NJ for a baby shower, but low key wanted to get in the studio with one of the bros. DJLC hit me up like and was like dude you should come record this Spoken Word I did on America. He drives two hours to come get me in Newark we drive back down south to the Boonies, where he calls home. I knock the spoken word out super fast and he mixed it right there on the spot.  So we were done right, nope. I’m like “Yoo, what you think of this beat and concept “ He goes “Brooo, watch this”. He literally built up the chorus right there, it was amazing. I love this song, it has soo much bounce and strength. Why Not? Like why not praise Him. Why not worship Him. It’s ok to worship everyone and everything BUT GOD. We trespassed at the Aventura Mall on Saturday, we did a worship flashmob in front of the Balenciaga ...

Macho Perez Featured In #MusicLov3rz April

Image
Where do I begin, my name Is Emilio Perez Jr. Macho Perez is my artist name. I’m born and raised in Newark, NJ. Ok now that that’s out of the way let’s get real. I was born in poverty to a mother who would beat me. I wet the bed till I was about 15, uncontrollably. I would wake up soaked and then to the belt. My mother would beat me because I peed the bed. Then she would make cornmeal (which I hated and refused to eat) and I would receive my second whooping of the day. Then I had to go to school smelling like urine. They would belittle me and emasculate me with vulgar names in Spanish. It felt like they hated me. I say all this so you can see what led up to the waste of two decades of my life.   My first attempt at suicide I was 9 years old. I climbed out on the ledge of the third floor window. I stood out there for 30 minutes. Freezing , crying, and confused, I stood on that ledge and imagined what it would be like if I did it.   I realized something on that balcony, they don...

Rezurrection Returns To #MusicLov3rz April!

Image
To say that I've been through a lot in my life is an understatement! But what I can attest to is God's grace and mercy all throughout my walk. So many times we as people look to control our own lives as if we don't trust God with our lives and His plan. Oh but how powerful His love is for us when we take our hands off the situations and allow God to "Handle It" for us. There's beauty in putting our full trust in Him. Most people know of my testimony of being told I'd never walk again in 2015 after losing my right hip, and having a fake left one. I turned to my pain pills and heroin to try and escape the pain and emptiness I felt going through this trial. But God, in His grace, when I didn't know what else to do, He saved me, delivered me and made me whole in Him! Written by George Jones III and Alicia McDermott Yanik, this beautiful worship infused hip hop song will move upon your heart and remind you to take your hands off the situation and allow God,...

Clevon Smith Featured in #MusicLov3rz March!

Image
SINGER / SONG WRITER / POET (GOSPEL, INSPIRING, IMPACTING, MOTIVATING) ABOUT THE ARTIST : Clevon Smith has always had a passion for music. He started writing poetry from a tender age as a way of expressing himself to his love, interest and family. His writings took a turn as he grew closer to his Lord and savior, writing about the great works he has done for him. The genre he tends to gravitate to is reggae because he grew up in a community in which reggae was used to express how they felt, watching guys freestyle on the streets and chanting from their hearts and mind. Reggae music gives a nice feel and he believes it suits his voice. He’s also a lover of slow melodies, it helps him express the deep parts of himself and it brings out an emotional side.  Get his 2 latest releases: The Anointing & Praise You Through The Storm    Get his music on: Amazon | Apple Music | Spotify | YouTube   Connect with him on Instagram | Facebook | Website

DeQuana Returns To #MusicLov3rz February - Front Cover!

Image
These days talent seemingly trumps worship and anointing, so souls are tickled rather than saved. But, more than ever, true worshippers are being equipped and called to spread the Gospel of Christ through music. And the twenty-eight-year-old, Maryland-native and singer-songwriter, DeQuana, is one of those worshippers.  Being pruned for ministry wasn't easy for DeQuana. Because of her insecurity about her God-given voice and being a stickler for staying out of the limelight, she rejected purpose for many years leading to a life of anger, confusion, depression, and discontentment. It wasn't until the end of 2020, amid a global pandemic, that DeQuana would finally give God her 'yes' for eternity.  In April 2021, after months of being in the lowest state of her life, DeQuana penned a song that would unknowingly save her life and become an anthem of truth to people worldwide. "Sweet Liberty" was released in September 2021 as the debuting single from her debut EP, ...
