Sharrond King Featured In #MusicLov3rz August!

It’s been 17 years since Sharrond King released new music, the long-awaited follow-up to her 2006 national release title Feelin’ Free, featuring the hit single “I’ll Go” and 2004 billboard charting album Dedicated. As Sharrond triumphs over health challenges that she has battled for the past years, she is illustrating a new level of faith and confidence through her music. The new single, “He Still Sees Me”, will take listeners from a humble, lowly place and subtly sweeps them up onto a journey that leads to a place of boldness, confidence and assurance of God’s love.
Sharrond began singing solos in church at the age of three years old per her aunt Althuller. She started singing in her family quartet at the age of four. Believing that God has called her to minister through song and other forms of media, Sharrond uses her anointed voice to spread His message, through spirited lyrics and inspirational melodies. Sharrond has shared her ministry on stage opening for Shirley Caesar, Tye Tribbett and Kurt Karr & the Kurt Karr Singers. She is the recipient of the 2007 Ensound Best Inspirational Song Award, the 2007 Arkansas Gospel Heritage Gala Awards - Song of the Year and the 2007 Arkansas Gospel Heritage Gala Awards- Female Vocalist of the Year. She has been featured in the ENDE Magazine, the Gospel EUR and the Gospel Truth Magazine.
Sharrond’s goal is to fulfill God’s purpose for her life by uplifting and enabling Souls, through multiple forms of media and outreach.
